As Vice President of Development and Tenant Coordination, Stephanie Webster has brought more than 15 years of experience in construction, administration and project management to Cullinan Properties. She manages the development of a variety of medical, commercial office, retail and multi-family projects, overseeing everything from site acquisition and conceptual layouts, to scheduling and budgeting, to construction and project close-out.

Webster has been pivotal in the completion of several substantial projects in Greater Peoria, including the Methodist College student housing complex, Grand Prairie Developments and the Levee District in East Peoria. She also led development efforts in constructing a 275,000-square-foot VA outpatient clinic in Texas, as well as the Streets of St. Charles mixed-use development in St. Charles, Missouri.

In addition to her work at Cullinan Properties, Webster has been a Lunch Buddy for Big Brothers Big Sisters and the WCIC Adopt a School program, serving as a role model and mentor. She has participated in the St. Jude Elmwood to Peoria Run, and is a volunteer for the Elmwood Elementary School Parents Club. She also fills several roles at Elmwood United Methodist Church, including nursery volunteer, Sunday school aide, Pastoral Transition Committee member and Finance Committee member.

Dedicated to professional development, Webster is a certified LEED Green Associate and member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). A leader at trade industry conferences, she was recently asked to participate as a roundtable speaker at the ICSC Centerbuild Conference.

Webster has made a name for herself in commercial construction and real estate, having received the CAT Customer Appreciation Award and being recognized as a “Woman in Commercial Real Estate” by Midwest Real Estate News. In her spare time, she enjoys working outdoors around her house and property, and is currently in the middle of a farmhouse remodeling project. iBi
