Corey Campbell is a program manager for digital-enabled solutions at Caterpillar Inc., working to define the company’s digital operating model, facilitate digital initiatives and enrich its digital strategies. His leadership style is defined by his open and welcoming approach, an ability to build relationships with all levels of the workforce, and his embrace of the power of diversity.

Earlier this year, Campbell was selected to co-lead the Caterpillar Political Action Committee campaigns for the Digital Enabled Services Division, which increased giving by more than eight percent. He also led the corporate “offer to sell” process for the division, engaging with other industry leaders to create a package to gain buy-in on scope and cost allocations of all DESD services, which allowed the division to determine budget allocations based on industry consumption to drive shareholder value.

A consummate servant leader, Campbell is passionate about giving back to his community and assisting those in need. He is a board member for Fight the Fight Against Addiction Awareness, helping to organize the HOPE FEST event, which raised more than $10,000 to open a sober living house for recovering addicts. He also serves on the committee for the Brad Campbell Memorial Golf Outing, which has raised more than $320,000 for children’s programs in honor of his cousin. He and his family lead a fundraising team for the annual One Walk for JDRF and are working to establish a Date Night for a Cure event to support awareness of juvenile diabetes.

Active with Creve Coeur Christian Church, Campbell has taught its Kids City program for the last two years, helped grow its youth group program, and led its church camp for kids. He helps underprivileged children in various ways, paying for preschool expenses, sponsoring trips to Six Flags, and coordinating donations. He and his wife also rehabilitate repossessed homes and provide credit coaching for families to obtain mortgages.

Additional examples of Campbell’s leadership include his support for St. Jude events, organization of the Tazewell Relief Fund to raise funds after the Washington tornado, and coaching baseball teams for the Boys & Girls Club and Pekin Union Mission. iBi
