Best of Peoria

A gem in the City of Washington, Five Points Washington encompasses many things: a fitness center, an aquatic center and a special events facility—as well as a venue for the arts. Not only is the 1,020-seat Caterpillar Performing Arts Theater home to Nitsch Theatre Arts, Heartland Festival Orchestra and the Peoria Area Civic Chorale, it hosts a range of special events throughout the year, including concerts, dance recitals, comedy shows and more. Meanwhile, the Live @ Five Points outdoor event space hosts Jazz Nights and the Five Points Fridays series of free outdoor concerts during the summer.
