Best of Peoria

Connect with nature and get up-close with animals spanning the continents at the Peoria Zoo. Catch monkeys, lions and zebras in the Africa exhibit; stroll the Asian Trail to glimpse the Siberian tiger and takin; and venture into Australia to see wallabies and emus. Zookeepers are on hand to answer questions about the animals and their special needs, while summertime visitors have daily opportunities to feed Zara the giraffe.

Located in the heart of Glen Oak Park, the Zoo joins the Peoria PlayHouse Children’s Museum and Luthy Botanical Garden as a daylong destination for kids of all ages! peoriazoo.org
