  • Encourage participation from volunteers and donors
  • Plan and execute fundraising events
  • Provide accurate appropriation and responsible stewardship of all donor gifts
  • Spread awareness of OSF HealthCare Mission

Vision
Together, through philanthropy, obtain resources crucial to enhancing the OSF HealthCare Mission.

OSF HealthCare Foundation supports all philanthropic efforts for our 14 OSF HealthCare hospitals throughout the state of Illinois and Michigan, as well as philanthropic efforts for OSF Saint Anthony College of Nursing, OSF Saint Francis Medical Center College of Nursing, OSF Illinois Neurological Institute, OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home, Jump Trading Simulation & Education Center, Almost Home Kids and OSF HealthCare Children’s Hospital of Illinois. Most recently, we are excited to focus our efforts on a new Comprehensive Cancer Center that will serve our central Illinois community with innovative cancer treatments.

Our goal at OSF Foundation is to ensure that all gifts continue to meet the needs of the communities we serve, whether a loved one is battling cancer, undergoing a routine surgery or suffering a life-threatening illness like COVID-19. Your gift is impactful and important. More than ever, this was evident when the COVID-19 pandemic hit our community.

From the beginning, OSF HealthCare took unprecedented actions to create an innovative COVID-19 response hub that prepares, manages and stays ahead of the pandemic. To ensure every patient was served in a timely manner and had access to the health care resources they needed, we created a Digital Response Hub and implemented a Pandemic Health Worker program to meet the needs of our community, where they are and when they need it. In fact, our community generously donated over $1.2 million in support of the pandemic relief fund and through in-kind gifts like PPE, nutritious meals and other needs for our essential front-line workers.

As a nonprofit health care system that never turns away anyone who needs medical care, we rely on donations every single day to provide great care for our communities when they need it most. Because of our community supporters, we are able to do all of this and more. When you give to OSF HealthCare, it means all the difference for our patients battling sickness, injury and everything in between. Together, we can do so much more for our community than we ever could do on our own.
