Casey C. Kepple is the founder and an attorney at Kepple Law Group, LLC, where he provides clients with legal services in the areas of bankruptcy, real estate law, commercial litigation, probate, estate planning, business law and collections. He also founded the real estate title insurance and escrow company, River City Title, LLC, which is dedicated to ensuring that clients can move swiftly through their proceedings in the provided services of title insurance, closings, constriction escrow and refinance. An entrepreneur at heart, he embraces the opportunities and challenges of small business ownership, following the principles of servant leadership when managing his employees and seeking their input in decision-making.

As a member of the Peoria County Bar Association, Kepple chairs the Real Property Committee, charged with keeping members informed of developments and the latest thinking in real property law, as well as promoting best practices and building working relationships with related industries. He previously served as a member of the Young Lawyers Committee, mentoring new lawyers just out of law school, and is also a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, American Bar Association, State Bar of Arizona, and Maricopa County Bar Association.

Kepple graduated from Western Michigan Cooley Law School in 2008, earning bar admission in Arizona and Illinois the following year. As a lawyer in Scottsdale, Arizona, he provided bankruptcy pro bono work for clients facing foreclosure of their homes through the Maricopa County Volunteer Lawyer’s Program, helping more than 50 individuals and families navigate the legal maneuvering of bankruptcy. He now provides similar pro bono work in Peoria, working with Prairie State Legal Services to provide bankruptcy services to those in need locally. He has also served as a volunteer for the St. Jude Telethon and OSF HealthCare Children’s Hospital of Illinois. iBi
