As a director at RSM US Wealth Management LLC, Marty Roth leads the wealth management practice across four offices in central Illinois—developing business, leading client service teams, coaching and mentoring team members, and serving as a career advisor and First Choice Advisor coach. He serves on numerous taskforces involved with operational efficiency and service team development, and leads bi-weekly wealth management and tax meetings for partners, principals and directors. He is commonly recognized by peers for elevating his team and positively contributing to the success of the organization.

A Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Roth is recognized as a subject matter expert on the topic of personal finance. In addition to guest lecturing at the University of Illinois, he regularly speaks on financial planning at educational employee seminars. He mentors student leaders at Bradley University and Illinois Central College, serves on a young advisor mentor group, and has been a coach for youth speaking competitions.

Roth is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Central Illinois where he networks, offers education, and strategizes with local professionals for personal and community development. As a member of the CEO Council, he participates in the Business Champions and Regional Economic Development committees responsible for community development within the Greater Peoria region.

In addition, Roth directs his volunteerism toward helping those who are less fortunate. He leads mission services at Peoria Rescue Ministries and serves as a volunteer at South Side Mission, teaching and recruiting volunteers to provide help and hope for positive change in underserved communities. He is also an elder at Bethany Baptist Church, organizing service projects for church groups to help those in need. A board member and coach in the Morton Youth Baseball Association, he enjoys working with young athletes, instilling integrity and a strong work ethic as well as the fundamentals of the sport.PM
