Ashley Whitlatch is responsible for providing high-quality care to her patients. In addition to maintaining the consistency and quality of all services provided, she keeps full and current patient medical records, including reports of all examinations and procedures performed. Meanwhile, she exercises diligence in assisting the Ministry CEO in keeping the costs of the practice to a minimum while maintaining a high level of care, providing a truly personalized, patient-centric experience to all.
Ashley recently graduated with a Doctorate of Nurse Practice and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. In 2021, she won the Emerging Nurse Leader award from the Illinois Nurses Foundation. While advancing the mission of nursing in Illinois, she also serves on the professional planning committees for the Chicago Nurse Expo and the Illinois Nurses Association, ensuring that central Illinois has a voice.
In the community service arena, she is an active member of the city’s Racial Justice and Equity Commission with a particular emphasis on child and youth development, as well as the Parent-Teacher Advisory Committee for Peoria Public Schools. She also is a member of the Executive Leadership Team for the American Heart Association and recently was named chair of the American Heart Association’s Peoria chapter. She is a motivational speaker for Peoria Promise, and also participates in neighborhood clean-up and various food drives.
Ashley also has published and released her first children’s book, I Am Everything.
