Lauren Dalfonso

For the last four years, Lauren Dalfonso has promoted ZOLL’s suite of cardiac management devices to help clinicians manage patients with life-threatening heart arrhythmias, among other life-saving devices. Her immediate supervisor said of her: “Lauren is a top sales producer in the medical device industry. In the last few months, she earned the most sought-after award of the annual sales incentive award trip reserved for only (the) top 5% producing sales representatives in her company.”

Prior to ZOLL, Lauren was employed in sales at Allergan Pharmaceuticals, Stryker Orthopaedics, and the Marriott Pere Marquette Hotel in Peoria.

Lauren’s nomination letter noted that “her fearlessness, intelligence and passion equip her to be successful in any environment.” That extends to her charitable work, which includes fundraising for and participating in the annual St. Jude Children’s Hospital Memphis-to-Peoria Run. Meanwhile, she has taken on leadership positions in her church, Northwoods Community, where she helped establish its Bible Study program.
