The annual 40 Leaders Under Forty awards will be presented to 40 regional business and community leaders on Wednesday, November 1. Eligible nominees must be 39 years or younger as of December 31, 2023. They must live and work within Peoria Magazines’ nine-county area of primary coverage: Fulton, Knox, Logan, Marshall, Mason, Peoria, Stark, Tazewell and Woodford counties.

Nominations must be received in the Peoria Magazines office by 4:30 pm on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 (the deadline has been extended.) The judging committee will review them based on the information received and measured against the criteria contained therein. Late nominations will not be accepted.

All form fields must be completed in full. Phone calls, emails or additional letters of support will not be considered part of a nomination. Multiple nominations for a single candidate are recorded but do not add weight to the judges’ considerations.

Employees of Peoria Magazines, WTVP | PBS and their family members are ineligible for nomination. Previous winners are also ineligible.
