As a real estate professional, Zach Baker has seen success on the two arms of the industry, first as a consistent, multi-million-dollar-producing sales agent with a strong following of loyal clients since 2008. Second, given that success, he was asked to step into one of the top leadership brokerage positions at Keller Williams as the consultant, coach, trainer and recruiter of agents. During Zach’s four years in that position, the brokerage saw its most significant growth in both new agents to the company and also the level of growth in their businesses.
Zack also has demonstrated extraordinary service to and involvement in his community, beginning with his leadership role regarding the Peoria Area Association of Realtors’ commitment to fair housing. He has given tirelessly to Phoenix Community Development Services, formerly known as the South Side Office of Concern, which deals with the homeless and those in need of shelter and where he serves as board president.
He also currently chairs its Gimme Shelter fundraiser, which generated $100,000 each of the last two years. He was instrumental in the development of the Community Garden and assisted in attaining a grant from the National Association of Realtors to cover its cost and other expansion efforts for Phoenix.
