As aftermarket parts business strategy manager in the Americas Distribution Services Division at Caterpillar Inc., Angela Martin-Moushon is responsible for planning, directing and communicating the long-term direction and short-term execution plan of Caterpillar’s parts business both internally and externally. Her team helps the company and its dealer network manage available opportunities, including the deployment of a new opportunity and lead generation system, and create solutions that enhance the product support business of some of Caterpillar’s largest customers. Under her leadership, the Americas Division achieved its growth targets for two straight years.

Martin-Moushon is a certified project manager, 6 Sigma Black Belt and accomplished strategist whose leadership of multiple dealer executive teams has significantly reduced risk and improved the bottom line, including a 25-percent increase in contract business and 85-percent increase in profitability. Recognized internally for these accomplishments, she is a recipient of the Caterpillar Presidents Award and graduate of the company’s executive development program.

Outside of Caterpillar, Martin-Moushon is one of the youngest members of the Children’s Hospital of Illinois Community Advisory Board, utilizing her innovative ideas and ability to engage others to increase fundraising and awareness. She sits on the Development Committee for the Children’s Hospital of Illinois Foundation, where she works to increase corporate partnerships and educate the community on the importance of the organization. In addition, she co-founded the H.O.P.E. (Helping Our Patients Everyday) Committee to provide an entry point for young professionals in volunteer opportunities. For these efforts, H.O.P.E. received the Giving Heart Award from the local chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals in 2014.

A volunteer advisor for the Mu Delta Chapter of Chi Omega at Bradley University, Martin-Moushon is a trusted mentor to hundreds of future leaders, who recognize her strong values, leadership by example and ability to provide open and honest input. iBi
